Vetting and Screening

Whilst we all like to think we can trust most people, when it comes to the employment of staff, it is best to ensure you have taken all the right measures when recruiting a new member of staff in to your organisation.

British Standards 7858-2006 sets out recommendations for the security screening of individuals to be employed in an environment where the security and safety of people, goods or property is a requirement of the employing organisations operations or where such security screening is in the public interest.

Security for Women are trained to provide Vetting and Screening reports on individuals to BS7858 requirements. These reports will provide a minimum 5 years history of personal details, working history, educational history, qualification confirmation and more. A bespoke reporting service is also available for posts which fall outside of normal employment structures or positions of specific importance. Financial history and CRB checks can also be catered for.
